Forest Clearance Proposal of 185.83 ha. Forest Area for Mining Lease for Gojoli-Somanpali-Dongargaon Block for Limestone Mining of Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited, Taluka - Gondpipri, District - Chandrapur, Maharashtra.

Forest Clearance Proposal of 17 ha. Forest Area for Mining Lease of Naranda Block for Limestone Mining of Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited, Korpana road, Taluka - Korpana, District - Chandrapur, Maharashtra.

ULTRATECH CEMENT LTD (190.42 ha)

Forest Clearance Proposal of 190.42 ha. Forest Area for Mining Lease for Limestone Mining of Ultratech Cement Limited, at Village - Naokari - Kusumbi, Taluka - Jiwati & Korpana, District - Chandrapur, Maharashtra.

LLOYDS METALS ENERGY LTD (937.077 ha)

Forest Diversion Proposal over 937.077 ha forest land for Scientific Exploration & Excavation and systematic Recovery of Low Grade Iron ore (i.e. Haematite Quartzite) from adjacent Existing Mines in villages Hedri, Bande & Parsulgondi under Etapalli Tahluk of Gadchiroli district under jurisdiction of Bhamragarh Forest Division, Maharashtra.

LLOYDS METALS ENERGY LTD (19.227 ha)

Proposal for diversion of 19.227 ha. forest land under section-2 of Van (Sanrakshan Evam Samvardhan) Adhiniyam, 1980 for above Ground Conveyor along with Road for maintenance & Emergency road and Transmission line in Village - Hedri & Bande, Taluka - Etapalli, District- Gadchiroli in the State Maharashtra.

LLOYDS METALS ENERGY LTD (53.966 ha)

Forest diversion over 53.966 ha for proposed railway line from Kelzer station in Chandrapur district to Konsari in Gadchiroli district under Nagpur Railway Division of South-East-Central Railway for Logistic support and Passenger halt station at Konsari, under Non-Government Railway (NGR) model and for proposed conveyor line within the applied area along the railway line (from Konsari to Jairampur) within judistriction of Chandrapur, Central Chanda and Alapalli forest division by Lloyds Metal & Energy Ltd.

KRISHI VIDHYAPEETH (39.50 ha)

Forest Clearance Proposal of 39.50 ha Forest Area for Construction of an Agriculture College and allied work under Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Village Somnath (Mul-Maroda), Ta. Mul, District Chandrapur, Maharashtra.

ECONOMIC EXPLOSIVES LTD, NAGPUR

a) Acquired 200 Acres of Revenue Lands, completed & handover to solar.
b) Acquired 57 Acres of Aadivasi Land and handed over. completed Zone change from Agriculture to Industrial - for 580 Acres of Land.
c) 580acre land converted into industrial zone from agriculture.
d) Forest land 14.28 ha land diversion and handover.
e) Proposal of 315 ha is in process for zone change.
f) Proposal of layout sanctions & building sanctions going on for 850 acre & 200 buildings.

SOLAR INDUSTRIES LTD, NAGPUR (Defence product manufacturing company)

a) Forest land diversion of 88 ha.
b) Revenue land diversion
c) All land related matters held by RMI.

HIRANANDANI GROUP, MUMBAI

Part A - (completed in Sept 2019, Private Land acquisition in 37 villages for gas pipeline in Ratnagiri District )
Part B - Administration and Maintenance (Ongoing since Dec 2019).

MADC (63.54 ha)

Forest Clearance Proposal of 63.54 ha. area for upcoming Greenfield Airport Chandrapur, at village Vihirgoan and Murti, Taluka- Rajura District. Chandrapur, Maharashtra.

Ultratech Cement Ltd (54.25 ha)

Diversion of 54.25 ha. Forest land under the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 for Laterite Mining Lease of Village Markagondi, Taluka- Jiwati District. Chandrapur in favour of M/s Ultratech Cement Limited.
